Ronald Soligo is a Professor Emeritus who joined the economics department in 1967. Professor Soligo earned his PhD from Yale University and prior to coming to Rice held positions with the Yale-Pakistan project in Karachi and Assistant Professor at Yale. His areas of expertise include issues in economic development and energy economics.
