Flávio Cunha Wins 2014 Frisch Medal

The Frisch Medal is awarded by the Econometric Society every two years to an article (empirical or theoretical) published in Econometrica during the past five years. The 2014 award recognizes Professor Cunha's 2010 paper “Estimating the Technology of Cognitive and Noncognitive Skill Formation” with James Heckman and Susanne Schennach.

Vivian Ho Comments on Continuing Implementation of ACA

Professor Ho cited research on the importance of cost to households and the implications of rising fines for the uninsured in the second year of the ACA Marketplace. Her findings are the most recent in an on-going series on the implementation of the ACA in Texas co-authored with Elena Marks of the Baker Institute.
